audi\u00eancias com autoridades e personalidades locais, regionais, nacionais e estrangeiras, e em especial com o Poder Executivo Comiss\u00f5es Permanentes e Tempor\u00e1rias do Poder Legislativo, constitu\u00eddas na forma do Regimento Interno, de acordo com as respectivas realizar, acompanhar e controlar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de contratos e conv\u00eanios celebrados pelo Poder Legislativo;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 VI - executar atividades relativas a padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o, aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e controle do material utilizado na C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 VII - conservar, interna e externamente, pr\u00e9dios, m\u00f3veis, instala\u00e7\u00f5es, m\u00e1quinas de escrit\u00f3rio e equipamentos leves da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 XI - promover as atividades de limpeza, copa, portaria, telefonia e reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o de pap\u00e9is e documentos da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 XII - conservar, manter e administrar a frota de ve\u00edculos da C\u00e2mara, bem como responsabilizar-se por sua guarda, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e controle de utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de combust\u00edveis e lubrificantes;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 XIII - estudar e analisar o funcionamento e a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os da C\u00e2mara, promovendo a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de medidas para simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o, racionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e aprimoramento de suas atividades, bem como identificando \u00e1reas que necessitem de moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 XIV - prestar assessoramento ao Presidente em mat\u00e9ria de planejamento, coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, controle e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades desenvolvidas pela C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 XV - verificar a viabilidade t\u00e9cnica dos projetos a serem executados e sua conveni\u00eancia e utilidade para o interesse p\u00fablico;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 XVI - acompanhar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsico-financeira de planos e programas, assim como avaliar seus resultados;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 XVII - elaborar, em coordena\u00e7\u00e3o com os demais \u00f3rg\u00e3os da C\u00e2mara, as diretrizes or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias, a proposta or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria anual e o Plano Plurianual, de acordo com as pol\u00edticas estabelecidas pela Mesa Diretora;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 XVIII - receber, pagar, guardar e movimentar os dinheiros e outros valores da C\u00e2mara; e</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 XXIII - desempenhar outras atividades afins.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; \">CAP\u00cdTULO III</h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; \">DA IMPLANTA\u00c7\u00c3O DA NOVA ESTRUTURA ADMINISTRATIVA</h3>\r\n<p>\u00a0</p>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Art. 12. A estrutura administrativa estabelecida nesta Lei entrar\u00e1 em funcionamento \u00e0 medida que os \u00f3rg\u00e3os que a comp\u00f5em forem sendo implantados, segundo as conveni\u00eancias da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e as disponibilidades de recursos.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. A implanta\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os constantes da presente Lei, far-se-\u00e1 atrav\u00e9s da efetiva\u00e7\u00e3o das seguintes medidas:</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I \u2013 provimento das respectivas dire\u00e7\u00f5es; e</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 II \u2013 aloca\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos humanos e materiais indispens\u00e1veis ao seu funcionamento.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; \">CAP\u00cdTULO IV</h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; \">DO QUADRO DE SERVIDORES E CARGOS EM COMISS\u00c3O</h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; \">Se\u00e7\u00e3o I</h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; \">Dos Cargos de Provimento em Comiss\u00e3o</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Art. 13. S\u00e3o criados os Cargos de Dire\u00e7\u00e3o e Assessoramento Superior (DAS), de Provimento em Comiss\u00e3o, de livre nomea\u00e7\u00e3o e exonera\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme constantes do Anexo I desta Lei.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico. Os Cargos em Comiss\u00e3o de Diretor do Processo Legislativo ser\u00e1 preenchido por livre nomea\u00e7\u00e3o e exonera\u00e7\u00e3o do Chefe do Poder Legislativo, e o Diretor de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e finan\u00e7as e Controlador ser\u00e3o preenchidos por ato do Chefe do Poder Legislativo, dentre os servidores de carreira e efetivos, da C\u00e2mara Municipal, em atendimento ao disposto no artigo 37, inciso V da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Art. 14. S\u00e3o extintos os Cargos de Provimento em Comiss\u00e3o criados anteriormente \u00e0 vig\u00eancia desta Lei.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Art. 15. Os cargos em comiss\u00e3o estabelecidos nesta Lei destinam-se exclusivamente \u00e0s atribui\u00e7\u00f5es de dire\u00e7\u00e3o, chefia e assessoramento.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Art. 16. As atribui\u00e7\u00f5es dos cargos de confian\u00e7a s\u00e3o as constantes do Anexo II, desta Lei.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; \">Se\u00e7\u00e3o II</h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; \">Dos Cargos de Provimento Efetivos</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Art. 17. Os cargos de Provimento Efetivo necess\u00e1rios ao funcionamento da C\u00e2mara Municipal s\u00e3o os constantes na Lei n\u00ba 609, de 25 de agosto de 2016, que estabelece o Plano de Carreira da C\u00e2mara Municipal de Riachinho-MG e na Lei n\u00ba 622, de 07 de julho de 2017, que altera a Lei n\u00ba 609, de 2016, e reestrutura o plano de cargos e carreiras da C\u00e2mara de Riachinho.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; \">CAP\u00cdTULO VI</h3>\r\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center; \">DAS DISPOSI\u00c7\u00d5ES FINAIS</h3>\r\n<p>\u00a0</p>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Art. 18. Fica o Presidente da C\u00e2mara Municipal autorizado a expedir atos necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o da presente Lei.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico. O provimento dos cargos em comiss\u00e3o previstos no Anexo I desta lei fica condicionado aos limites de despesa de pessoal fixados no artigo 29-A da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal e no artigo 20, inciso III, al\u00ednea <i>a</i> da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 101, de 4 de maio de 2000, mediante pr\u00e9vio c\u00e1lculo de impacto financeiro executado pelo servi\u00e7o de contabilidade e manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o do Departamento de Controle Interno ou do servidor que desempenhe atribui\u00e7\u00f5es pr\u00f3pria do Controle Interno.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Art. 19. ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES DO CONTROLADOR:</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>I - assistir diretamente ao Presidente na supervis\u00e3o da gest\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil, or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, financeira e patrimonial das unidades da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>II - zelar, no \u00e2mbito da C\u00e2mara, pelo cumprimento das normas legais que regem a administra\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00e1bil, or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, financeira patrimonial e dirimir d\u00favidas quanto \u00e0 sua interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o;</h3>\r\n<h3>III - submeter \u00e0 aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o do Presidente propostas de medidas a serem observadas pelas unidades subordinadas, visando a sua conformidade com as normas de administra\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, contabilidade e auditoria;</h3>\r\n<h3>IV \u2013 supervisionar a exatid\u00e3o das contas e a oportuna apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de balancetes, balan\u00e7os, demonstrativos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre atos de gest\u00e3o or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria, financeira e patrimonial da C\u00e2mara ao Tribunal de Contas do Estado;</h3>\r\n<h3>V - apresentar ao Presidente, oportunamente, os processos de tomadas e presta\u00e7\u00f5es de contas dos respons\u00e1veis e gestores de bens e valores p\u00fablicos, com o respectivo certificado e parecer e, no caso de irregularidade, determinar as provid\u00eancias que se tornarem indispens\u00e1veis para resguardar o interesse p\u00fablico e a probidade na aplica\u00e7\u00e3o dos dinheiros ou na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos bens p\u00fablicos, dando ci\u00eancia dos fatos ao Tribunal de Contas do Estado;</h3>\r\n<h3>VI - zelar pelo fiel cumprimento, por parte das autoridades administrativas, das normas relativas \u00e0 apura\u00e7\u00e3o de responsabilidades e ao respectivo ressarcimento dos preju\u00edzos causados ao Er\u00e1rio;</h3>\r\n<h3>VII - determinar inspe\u00e7\u00f5es e auditorias nas unidades subordinadas \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia;</h3>\r\n<h3>VIII - requisitar, de unidades, \u00f3rg\u00e3os ou entidades, documentos ou informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rios ao desempenho das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e da compet\u00eancia da Secretaria de Controle Interno;</h3>\r\n<h3>IX - convocar, por interm\u00e9dio do respectivo dirigente, qualquer servidor de unidade da C\u00e2mara, bem como respons\u00e1veis pela gest\u00e3o de recursos descentralizados, para prestar esclarecimentos sobre assuntos relacionados com as atividades da \u00e1rea de compet\u00eancia da Secretaria de Controle Interno;</h3>\r\n<h3>X - comunicar \u00e0s autoridades competentes os resultados apurados nas auditorias realizadas nas unidades da C\u00e2mara, encaminhando conjuntamente os respectivos relat\u00f3rios, processos e certificados;</h3>\r\n<h3>XI - acompanhar a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e o julgamento das contas das unidades da C\u00e2mara efetuados pelo Tribunal de Contas do Estado, determinando provid\u00eancias para o atendimento tempestivo das dilig\u00eancias solicitadas por aquele Tribunal para a instru\u00e7\u00e3o</h3>\r\n<h3>de processos;</h3>\r\n<h3>XII - determinar a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de sindic\u00e2ncia ou a instaura\u00e7\u00e3o de processo administrativo;</h3>\r\n<h3>XIII - apresentar propostas de medidas visando \u00e0 efici\u00eancia dos servi\u00e7os e \u00e0 conformidade aos princ\u00edpios da administra\u00e7\u00e3o financeira, contabilidade e auditoria;</h3>\r\n<h3>XIV - apresentar ao Presidente relat\u00f3rios peri\u00f3dicos sobre o desempenho administrativo e operacional das unidades da C\u00e2mara e propor medidas visando \u00e0 corre\u00e7\u00e3o de disfun\u00e7\u00f5es ou insufici\u00eancias constatadas;</h3>\r\n<h3>XV - baixar atos administrativos sobre assuntos de compet\u00eancia da Secretaria de Controle Interno;</h3>\r\n<h3>XVI - avocar, a qualquer momento e a seu crit\u00e9rio pessoal, a decis\u00e3o de assunto no \u00e2mbito da Secretaria de Controle Interno;</h3>\r\n<h3>XVII - estabelecer prazo para os dirigentes dos \u00f3rg\u00e3os sujeitos ao Controle Interno prestarem informa\u00e7\u00f5es e solucionarem os problemas levantados pela Secretaria de Controle Interno;e</h3>\r\n<h3>XVIII - praticar os demais atos necess\u00e1rios ao atingimento das finalidades e ao cumprimento das compet\u00eancias da Secretaria de Controle Interno.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0REQUISITOS DE PROVIMENTO: Conclus\u00e3o de curso superior nas \u00e1reas de Direito, Ci\u00eancias Cont\u00e1beis ou Administra\u00e7\u00e3o.</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>2. estabelecer interc\u00e2mbio de t\u00e9cnicas e informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o seu campo de atua\u00e7\u00e3o;</h3>\r\n<h3>c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 planejar, executar, controlar e avaliar as atividades de apoio operacional e de assessoramento t\u00e9cnico-processual ao Plen\u00e1rio;</h3>\r\n<h3>d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 prestar assessoramento de natureza t\u00e9cnico-processual \u00e0 Mesa da C\u00e2mara na condu\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos legislativos e, em especial, ao Presidente na dire\u00e7\u00e3o das reuni\u00f5es de Plen\u00e1rio;</h3>\r\n<h3>e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 membros de comiss\u00f5es, a composi\u00e7\u00e3o das bancadas, as decis\u00f5es da Presid\u00eancia e demais assuntos afetos \u00e0s atividades desenvolvidas no Plen\u00e1rio;</h3>\r\n<h3>m)\u00a0\u00a0 prestar esclarecimentos sobre dispositivos da Lei Org\u00e2nica e do Regimento Interno, em especial os relacionados com a instala\u00e7\u00e3o da legislatura e com o processo legislativo;</h3>\r\n<h3>n)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 atuar em parceria com os demais \u00f3rg\u00e3os da C\u00e2mara, visando agilizar e\u00a0 desburocratizar o processo de tomada de decis\u00e3o;</h3>\r\n<h3>o)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 imprimir modernidade na din\u00e2mica dos sistemas, m\u00e9todos e processos de trabalho vinculados \u00e0 colabora\u00e7\u00e3o e o assessoramento \u00e0 Mesa, \u00e0s comiss\u00f5es e aos Vereadores;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>III -\u00a0Quanto \u00e0s atividades de protocolo e expediente legislativos;</h3>\r\n<h3>h)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 acompanhar a publica\u00e7\u00e3o e as altera\u00e7\u00f5es da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o federal resultado dos concursos p\u00fablicos;</h3>\r\n<h3>e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 fazer preparar e revisar os atos de nomea\u00e7\u00e3o dos novos servidores, bem como promover a lavratura dos atos referentes a pessoal e, ainda, os termos de posse dos servidores da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>f)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 providenciar a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a matr\u00edcula dos servidores da C\u00e2mara,</h3>\r\n<h3>g)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 programar a revis\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica do Plano de Cargos e Carreiras, organizando a lota\u00e7\u00e3o nominal e num\u00e9rica dos servidores da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>h)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 coordenar as atividades relativas \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o de programas de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de servidores, levantando, anualmente, as necessidades de treinamento nas reparti\u00e7\u00f5es da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 promover a apura\u00e7\u00e3o do tempo de servi\u00e7o do pessoal para todo e qualquer efeito;</h3>\r\n<h3>j)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 providenciar, junto aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes, a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica dos servidores, para admiss\u00e3o, licen\u00e7a, aposentadoria e outros fins legais;</h3>\r\n<h3>k)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 promover o controle de\u00a0freq\u00fc\u00eancia\u00a0do pessoal, para efeito de pagamento e tempo de outras vantagens dos servidores, previstos na legisla\u00e7\u00e3o em vigor;</h3>\r\n<h3>m)\u00a0\u00a0 promover os assentamentos da vida funcional e de outros dados do pessoal da C\u00e2mara, supervisionando a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos registros, controles e ocorr\u00eancias de servidores e parlamentares, bem como a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o das respectivas folhas de pagamento;</h3>\r\n<h3>n)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 comunicar ao Presidente irregularidades que se relacionem com a administra\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoal da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>o)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 comunicar ao Presidente e a Comiss\u00e3o de Deprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e Reavalia\u00e7\u00e3o, Levantamento de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Patrimonial, com a devida anteced\u00eancia, as mudan\u00e7as de dire\u00e7\u00e3o e chefia, para confer\u00eancia da carga de material;</h3>\r\n<h3>p)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 comunicar, com a devida anteced\u00eancia, ao Presidente, a exonera\u00e7\u00e3o ou demiss\u00e3o de qualquer servidor da C\u00e2mara respons\u00e1vel por dinheiro e valores p\u00fablicos;</h3>\r\n<h3>q)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 promover a prepara\u00e7\u00e3o e o recebimento das declara\u00e7\u00f5es de bens dos servidores a elas sujeitos e proceder ao respectivo registro;</h3>\r\n<h3>r)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 fornecer, anualmente, aos servidores e aos Vereadores, informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 declara\u00e7\u00e3o de rendimentos de cada um deles;</h3>\r\n<h3>s)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 exercer cujo procedimento justifique essa medida;</h3>\r\n<h3>e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 solicitar, ao respons\u00e1vel legal, que promova a elabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos editais de concorr\u00eancia e de tomada de pre\u00e7os, preg\u00f5es, bem como providenciar a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o das cartas-convite relativas \u00e0 aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de material pela modalidade de convite ou dispensa de licita\u00e7\u00e3o, quando for o caso;</h3>\r\n<h3>f)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 controlar os prazos de entrega de material, fazendo observar o seu cumprimento;</h3>\r\n<h3>g)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 manter atualizada a escritura\u00e7\u00e3o referente ao movimento de entrada e sa\u00edda de materiais do estoque existente;</h3>\r\n<h3>h)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 receber as notas de entrega e as faturas dos fornecedores com as declara\u00e7\u00f5es de recebimento e aceita\u00e7\u00e3o do material;</h3>\r\n<h3>i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 promover o fornecimento dos materiais requisitados para os diversos servi\u00e7os da C\u00e2mara, bem como supervisionar o seu consumo, para efeito de previs\u00e3o e controle de gastos;</h3>\r\n<h3>j)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 manter atualizado o saldo das dota\u00e7\u00f5es destinadas \u00e0 aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de material;</h3>\r\n<h3>k)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 orientar os \u00f3rg\u00e3os da C\u00e2mara quanto \u00e0 necessidade de formular requisi\u00e7\u00f5es de material, de acordo com o estoque m\u00ednimo existente;</h3>\r\n<h3>l)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 providenciar a revis\u00e3o das requisi\u00e7\u00f5es, solicitando aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os requisitantes os dados e esclarecimentos necess\u00e1rios;</h3>\r\n<h3>m)\u00a0\u00a0 exercer outras atividades correlatas;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>III -\u00a0Quanto \u00e0s atividades de administra\u00e7\u00e3o patrimonial:</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 programar, dirigir e supervisionar as atividades de registro, tombamento e controle do uso dos bens patrimoniais da permanente;</h3>\r\n<h3>d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 orientar e acompanhar a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de carga do material distribu\u00eddo pelos diversos \u00f3rg\u00e3os da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>e)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 determinar e coordenar, anualmente, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do invent\u00e1rio dos bens patrimoniais da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>f)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 promover e acompanhar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades de aliena\u00e7\u00e3o dos bens patrimoniais inserv\u00edveis da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>g)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 comunicar, por escrito, ao Presidente desvios e faltas de material, eventualmente verificados;</h3>\r\n<h3>h)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 elaborar programa de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o preventiva dos bens m\u00f3veis da C\u00e2mara, coordenando-se, para isso, com as chefias das unidades usu\u00e1rias;</h3>\r\n<h3>i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 exercer outras atividades correlatas;</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>IV - Quanto \u00e0s atividades de servi\u00e7os auxiliares:</h3>\r\n<h3>\u00a0</h3>\r\n<h3>a)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 dirigir e supervisionar as atividades de recebimento, distribui\u00e7\u00e3o e controle da movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de papeis e documentos natureza administrativa da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>b)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 dirigir e supervisionar as atividades de arquivamento de processos, documentos e demais pap\u00e9is de teor instala\u00e7\u00f5es;</h3>\r\n<h3>g)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 programar e supervisionar os servi\u00e7os de copa da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>h)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 aprovar as escalas de pessoal para as atividades de vigil\u00e2ncia e limpeza do pr\u00e9dio da C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 supervisionar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a contra inc\u00eandios, sinistros e umidade nas depend\u00eancias da C\u00e2mara, solicitando as provid\u00eancias que se fizerem necess\u00e1rias;</h3>\r\n<h3>j)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 promover a abertura e o fechamento da C\u00e2mara nos dias e hor\u00e1rios regulamentares;</h3>\r\n<h3>k)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 determinar a revis\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica dos equipamentos de \u00e1udio e v\u00eddeo, fiscalizando seu uso e sua manuten\u00e7\u00e3o;</h3>\r\n<h3>l)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 exercer outras atividades C\u00e2mara;</h3>\r\n<h3>c)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 participar da an\u00e1lise dos balan\u00e7os e de outros documentos informativos de natureza cont\u00e1bil-financeira;</h3>\r\n<h3>d)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 preparar relat\u00f3rios que demonstrem o comportamento geral da
